Artist, art educator and researcher.
Graduated in Fine Arts - Painting from FBAUP (2007), completed her master's degree in Art and Design for the Public Space in the same institution as a dissertation [VL6] An artistic intervention as a form of questioning of experiences of habitability in common places, oriented by architect Pedro Bandeira.
He is currently developing professional research in Artistic Education at FBAUP, where he explores sensitive practices of relating to space, body and experience, through walking, development and poetic and participatory activation of territories.
His work articulates critical thinking and situated creativity, with focus not gesture, in exploration and in collaborative practices.
He developed his interest in images, narrative and documentation through his study of Documentary Cinema and Photography at ESMAD (2017), where his contact with the British photographer Ken Grant was particularly notable.
He regularly collaborates in the media/education programs of institutions such as the Museu de Arte Contemporânea de Serralves, the Centro Internacional de Arte José de Guimarães, the Centro de Arte Oliva, or the Museu da Cidade, among others, developing media, training and artistic creation projects with different audiences.
Since 2016, it has been part of the conception of two educational programs of the BOA collective - Bombarda Art Offices.
